Themed Weekend Programme and Activities
There will be three workshops of approximately 90 minutes each during the weekend: two on Friday (morning and afternoon) and the third on Saturday morning. The theme of the workshops changes every month but always focuses on proprioception and mindful well-being.
Thursday
Thursday evening
Thursday is the arrival and presentation day, no charges apply. Check-in is on Thursday starting at 5 p.m. On that day, at 8 p.m., there will be a welcome cocktail where I will inform you about the program. It is a time to get to know each other and share thoughts, and discuss expectations.
Friday
Friday Morning
Our initial workshop on Friday morning focuses on breathing, which is fundamental to physical, mental, and energetic health. Breathing connects our physical bodies with our emotions, our minds with our thoughts, and when these are positive, it frees the spirit and enhances the flow of energy, elevating our vibration. The session explores various breathing techniques and their specific benefits tailored to individual needs.
Friday
Friday Afternoon
The Friday afternoon workshop introduces you to meditation, focusing on the well-known practice of mindfulness. This ancient philosophy, originating in Buddhism 2,500 years ago, dates back to Siddhartha Gautama, "the Buddha." It has gained popularity in the West for its profound impact on the mind and overall well-being.
Saturday
Saturday Morning
On Saturday, the third workshop is dedicated to the discipline of tai chi. Originating in China as a martial art, tai chi has transformed into a meditative movement practice for those looking to improve muscle strength and coordination. It helps enhance posture, aligns the body, and promotes mental calmness.
Sunday
Sunday until 17:00 h
On Sunday, enjoy the amenities of the estate until 5:00 p.m. Relax in the saltwater pool, play on the tennis court, or rest in the garden. Explore the historic center of Medina de Pomar or engage in equestrian activities at the nearby Equestrian Center. Additionally, you have the option to take short excursions to the neighboring towns and landscapes on your own.
Information and Leisure Activities
Stay active and comfortable: Warm up and stretch before the workshops. Bring comfortable clothing and socks for indoor activities. Don't forget your swimsuit and towel for the pool. Enjoy your free time exploring Medina de Pomar or trying equestrian activities nearby.
